* Cover a small hole on the tiled wall above the stainless steel prep table. * Clean the light cover in walk-in cooler to remove moisture build up. * The floor drains covers and the drains must be cleaned to remove food build-up ( By August 26, 2019). Front bakery display cooler <4 C Walk-in cooler < 4 C Walk-in freezer < -18 C Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm. Quats sanitizer in spray bottles tested 200 ppm. Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Temperature logs maintained. General sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection.
