Routine inspection is conducted:
- Handwashing station is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All cooler- upright storage cooler, hot dog prep cooler, milk cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Freezer at -15 C
- Hot holding of hot dogs and chilli is measured at greater than 60C
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Chlorine sanitizer available at three compartment sink and in labelled spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine residual. Three sink plugs available
- Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition
- No evidence of pest activity
- Temperature records are being maintained
- General sanitation is excellent
