Corrective Action(s): Remove all the ice in the ice machine. Clean and sanitize as per the manufacturer's instruction. Refill the ice machine as per instruction.

Observation: Food - Containers of fruits and cooked tapioca stored unprotected in a chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Place a lid or plastic wrap on the unprotected containers in the chest freezer. Ensure all food in storage (cold or dry) must be stored protected with a lid/ plastic wrap to avoid potential cross contamination.

Observation: Numerous mouse droppings noted on the floor in the following areas:
1. In the back room (by desk), between chest freezer and dry storage shelf.
2. Beside the cup sealer machine - near stove.
3. Behind the chest freezer holding the microwave.
4. In the cabinetry unit below the handwash sink.
Corrective Action(s): Sweep, clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas. Monitor for activities after cleaning. If droppings reappear after cleaning, contact your pest control company and work together to mitigate and eliminate pest issue.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
In-use utensils were noted stored in ice - excellent.
No cooked pearls were available at the time of inspection. As per operator, once pearls are cooked, they put a time label (evidence provided) for 4 hours on the pearls where any leftover at this time will be discarded - good.
Sanitizer container available. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected from the solution.
