Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Facility was out of food grade sanitizer required for properly sanitizing the food contact surfaces/utensils/dishes. Bleach bottle was found empty. No sanitizer solution was present on site. Staff stated that they ran out of bleach solution 2-3 days ago.
Correction: Ensure that all equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are washed (with soap) then sanitized with an approved food grade sanitizer.

Observation: REPEATED VIOLATION - No sanitizer solution was available on site. Bleach bottles and sanitizer spray bottle were found empty.
Correction: Ensure that all equipment/food contact surfaces/utensils are washed then sanitized with an approved food grade sanitizer. The operator stated that they will buy bleach bottle today.

Follow-up inspection conducted to routine and follow-up inspection (report #TGIL-C5ES69 & #TGIL-C5JR7L).

Observations made:
- The facility has bleach bottle on site.
- Sanitizer spray bottle was present and the staff prepared bleach solution at the time of inspection.
- The concentration of bleach solution in spray bottle noted at 200ppm.

**Recommended concentration for bleach solution: 100-200ppm.

Note - Ensure that an approved food grade sanitizer solution is present on site at all times for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
