Inspection conducted following premise renovations.

Premise has not been constructed as per the approved floor plan. Prior to issuance of health approval the following items are to be corrected:

- Install handsink to serve front corner food preparation station.
- Provide stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers for all handsink stations.
- Provide a sneeze guard along front service counter pony wall.
- Provice a table / work counter next to front handsink.
- Identify a storage location for staff personal items.
- Plywood shelving in back area - seal shelves with durable paint or provide steel shelving replacement.
- Remove all protective film from steel work and equipment.
- Conduct final deep cleaning of premise to remove any construction debris.
- Install gate at front counter, gate to be pest proofed with gaps less than 1 cm between floor and adjacent walls when in closed position.
