Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knives kept in crevice between wooden cutting block and prep cooler table. Operator removed all the knives and placed them in the dishwasher at the time of inspection. Do not keep knives between crevices as it is not a sanitary manner to store them. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pail not available at the time of inspection. Operator produced a sanitizer pail with wiping cloths that had 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is always available. THIS IS AN REPEAT VIOLATION.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the kitchen area was not supplied with paper towels. Operator resupplied paper towels at the time of inspection. Ensure Hand washing stations are supplied with hot/cold water, single use paper towels, and liquid hand soap at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Food kept on floor. Ensure food is not kept on the floor to facilitate proper cleaning and avoid pest attraction. Operator relocated all food items at the time of inspection.
2) Raw proteins were observed on dining area table. Operator reports they are making dumplings here. Do not handle food items in the dining area where public has access. Operator relocated all food items into the kitchen at the time of inspection.
3) Ice machine observed to be kept in an unsanitary condition. Operator discarded all ice in the ice machine at the time of inspection.
