Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris found under main double door cooler in kitchen that requires more regular cleaning/maintenance; also behind stove too
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas properly cleaned and maintained in sanitary condtion with regular cleaning maintenance (eg. under equipment, etc)

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: * Hose attachment at 2-compartment sink not considered food grade and to be removed. Replace with food grade attachment, commercial type(eg. spray attachment) if needed for rinsing food equipment. This issue was from previous report and must be addressed
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food equipment in proper working order and suitablably designed for its purpose

Observation: * Some shelving edges have deteriorated and this has been noted on past inspections and requires upgrade for proper cleaning/sanitation to occur
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all shelving/cupboards in proper working order and repair ALL deteriorated edges, etc. on shelving so that they are easy to clean/sanitize and maintain

* Dishwasher final rinse was 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Food was covered/dated in storage
* Menu still same; monitoring records were available for temperature checks
* Staff were wearing proper attire; ensure staff wear proper hair protection while handling food
* Note: leak occurring under 2-door cooler and to be repaired; staff mentioned this has been ordered for repair
* Complete all repairs to deteriorated cabinets/shelving in kitchen as discussed above
* Note: ensure cleaning done regularly under equipment too
