Place a sticker on a dish and run it through the sanitizing cycle as per usual. Email photo of sticker to the undersigned no later than October 29, 2018. Dishwasher must reach 71C at the final rinse cycle. Note: Canned tuna fish found to have a best before date of July 2018; staff noted they were aware of them and were not serving it. Discard tuna cans.
