Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Accumulation of food debris observed on the following food equipment:
- On the potato cutter.
- Inside the blade guard of the deli slicer.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned equipment. Ensure equipment is properly taken apart when cleaning and sanitizing.

- Freezers ( Stand-up freezer, 3 chest freezers) maintained at -18C or less.
- Soup hot held at 62C.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at the plate level.
- Food containers were covered with lid.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
