- 200 ppm bleach spray bottles present in each of the two bar areas - All handsinks stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels The new manager was informed of basic expectations for the bar area. A follow-up inspection will occur tomorrow to ensure that the ice machine is fully cleaned and sanitized.
