discussed with staff changes on the food menu. Food has been only reheated on site, all food is prepackaged and /or off site. Any changes or additional food items will require a new, updated food safety plan. Also, we will re-assess the floor plan ( equipment layout and location of the prep sinks, hand washing stations, counters ). Please all changes must be approved by your district inspector.

The hot breakfast serving just ended so no hot holding equipment - observed at the time off inspection.
