Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three bags of cotton candy found at facility. Operator stated cotton candy was made at owners home. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Cotton Candy discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Food items are not to be made at unapproved facilities. Do not continue to make food items at home. Food items sold at the facility are to be made in approved/inspected facilities.
Cotton Candy can be made at facility provided there is adequate space.

Observation: Sink plugs missing. Currently staff is washing and sanitizing tongs/spoons in large buckets as plugs have been discarded due to wear.
Sanitizer solution was tested in bucket and found to be made at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
