Observation: Porcelain bowl used to scoop cooked meats in small, undercounter prep cooler.
Breakable bowls are not to be used as scoops as small shards can fall into food and cause hazards to public during consumption.
Bowls should not be used as a scoop and left inside food items as there are no handles.

Tile broken in dishpit area. Grout wearing away in dishpit area.

Have floor repaired with cement as required.
