Mould was found along the bottom perimeter. Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the ice bin prior to using the bin again. Date to be corrected by: Immediately Violation Score: 15 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Front serving station has two hand washing sinks. Both sinks did not have hand soap. When inquired, staff indicated that most staff use the sink right next to the kitchen entrance.
