-Both prep coolers were at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -21C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Frozen foods thawed in cold water - changed within 30 minutes if not thawed out.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 76C on the dish surface during the final rinse cycle (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Coffee steaming wand and blender containers sanitized with 100ppm spray after each use.
-Rice scoops stored in water and changed within 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-Ice machin was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 6, 2026.
