Observation: Boxes of chicken in delivery cardboard boxes observed to be stored directly on floor of walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler floor wet with unknown liquid, unknown if originating from boxes, or potentially contaminating food.

Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since August 2023) Cleaning of drip tray of cooling coils for the display coolers needed. Dried food debris (marinade, meat) observed.
2. Grease observed coming from countertop oven. Manager stated service technicians have been contacted to assess unit.
3. Tongs stored under hot holding unit dirty. Staff stated tongs were left last night.
Corrective Action(s): 1-3: Clean identified items.
Tongs should not be left overnight as food build up may attract pests.

All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
Sauces (frozen) in 3 door upright freezer sourced from Garcha Bros warehouse (7930 130th Street, Surrey)
Meat bandsaw cleaned and sanitized every 20-30 minutes after use and thoroughly cleaned at end of day.
Meat grinder observed to be clean at time of inspection
1 staff with foodsafe level 1 certification; always 1 on shift.
