Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Jul-27-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand wash station had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, paper towels but lack liquid soap. Correction: Ensure that hand wash station is equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. TO BE CORRECTED BY - Immediately

A follow-up inspection was conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-C5BPUG) and the following observations were made: - Hand wash station had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. **It is recommended to place a garbage bin next to hand wash station. - Band saw was in use at the time of inspection. The staff cleaned and sanitized the band saw after use. The concentration of bleach in spray bottle was noted at 200ppm. - New hooks were installed/attached to bulk bins for storage of scoops. **It is recommended to have a signage to remind customers to not leave scoops in the bulk bins.
