Corrective Action(s): Facility must immediately cease participation in the To Good to Go food program without an approved food safety plan. Facility was issued a Cease and Desist Order. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Order will result in the issuance of a violation ticket. Food safety plan must include the following: The food safety plan must include the following information: (3)The written procedures required by subsection (2) must include (a)identification of all critical control points, (b)critical limits for those critical control points, (c)the procedures to be followed to ensure adherence to the critical limits, and (d)the actions to be taken in the event that the critical limits are not adhered to.
