*Follow-up to inspection conducted on March 11, 2019 (Report MLOO-BA6PSB)

- Sanitation has been improved in the walk-in cooler and freezer. Ensure cleaning is being performed regularly.
- Food is stored off the floor
- Ventilation hood is due for service. Arrange for an appointment as soon as possible.
- Continue to monitor staff for proper glove usage
- Owner's FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate is now available. Ensure there is at least one staff certified in FOODSAFE Level 1 present at all times during operation of the restaurant. Operator will send more staff to get certification. Provide a receipt from FOODSAFE Level 1 course registration to the health inspector.
