Observation: hIgh-Temp dishwasher final rinse water measured at 63C and does not reach 71C on the dish surface.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or service the dish washer so that the final rinse water temperature reaches at least 71C on the dish surface. Obtain a waterproof thermometer which registers and holds Maximum water temp. and please ensure to measure the final rinse and record daily.

Observation: 1- Drain in mini sink in the kitchen island observed to be clogged and waste water does not srian properly. 2- Faucet at the same sink is leaking and water accumulate on the counter top and the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1- Repair the drain so that the waste water drains properly from the sink.
2- Repair or replace the faucet so that ther is no water leak.

Hand washing sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels.
Food in cooling unit measured at or below 4C. Temperature log is to be maintained and kept updated.
No structural issues noted at this date.
Floor was clean and well maintained.
High-temp dishwasher registered at or above 71C(180F)
QUAT sanitizer measured at 200-400 ppm in spray bottles. Sanitizer bottles were labeled properly.
Grill canopy observed to be clean and well maintained
No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
