Cooling unit walk-in less than 4 C Freezer walk-in below -18 C display/retail coolers less than 4 C freezer below -18 C. Handwash stations in place and stocked. 3 comp sink in place. Mop sink present and in good condition. No ready to eat food sales in place at time of inspection. Repackaging candy section is active. Back storage area needs more organization. Operator does not want to do food prep until back storage and prep space is better organized. Looking into more warehousing storage.
