Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CF5NP9: Rice cooked fresh and observed to be hot held above 60 degrees C. Reminder, any leftover rice must be cooled adequately then reheated rapidly for next day service. Right hand sink paper towels dispenser fully functional. Paper towels automatically dispensed with motion activation. 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle. Operator has registered for a FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent course. Note: time to completion August 28, 2022. Staff member onsite has FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent course.
