- Operator informed that stock ran out today.
- Staff obtained bleach during time of inspection from a different location.

- FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FURTHER ENFORCEMENT ACTION.
- Ensue an adequate supply of sanitizer is always available

Follow up inspection to MTRG-ASJQJE.
The following issues have been resolved since last inspection.
- Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Common touch areas have been cleaned

Items to be corrected still:
- Continuous log of veggie patties required.
i.e., Time patties being displayed, name,type and times of patties discarded
