Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - D46SKR: Low temperature dishwasher serviced. 50ppm chlorine detected at the plate level during the final rinse cycle. Manager has placed an order for reactionary test strips. Verify chlorine concentration on a daily basis. Hand sink by kitchen service area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Screen door replacement pending approval from head office. Ensure the screen door is secure and prevents the potential entrance of pests into the premise. Correct by April 23, 2024.
