Premise is sanitary.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
No food stored on site at the time of inspection. Food containers and storage is protected from contamination.
Equipment in good working order.
New stove replacement completed and is operational.
Maintenance conducted on cooler units and is up to date.
Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated hand scoop.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.
3-compartment sink in use. Chlorine sanitizer available and in use at 200 ppm during service.
Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate.
