-Follow-up inspection to June 26, 2017. -Operator has spoken to wait staff and recall one order where the noodles were too cold. Ensure all foods are properly cooked to 74C prior to serving to customers. -General cleaning has been carried out in the kitchen. Ensure nightly cleaning is carried out and kitchen is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. -Cardboard/styofoam base has been removed from the chest freezer in the front service area. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
