General observations: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Freezers were less than -18 degrees Celsius. Food storage practices appeared satisfactory. Organization of storage areas appeared to be good. Hand wash station was equipped with hot and cold running water. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory. General sanitation appeared to be good. High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 73.9 degrees Celsius. No signs of pests. Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
