General sanitation satisfactory
Undercounter prep cooler (in between the two larger prep coolers) across from cooking line has been serviced. It is now at 3.9 deg C. Ensure to keep temperature records so that staff are checking coolers daily to ensure that temperatures are not going above 4 deg C in any coolers.
No other issues noted at this time.
