Renovations after flood completed. Ceiling is now sealed and impacted materials removed. Incident in November 2023. All affected areas have been resolved. Premise overall is sanitary. No pest at the time of the inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand washing sinks in use with liquid soap and paper towels. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and adequate hand washing. Food protected from contamination. Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C. 200 to 400 ppm QUAT sanitizer in use in sanitation buckets. Main dishwasher final rinse at 76C. Ensure to take the temperature internally for at least 71C at the plate as a safety check. The glass temperature gauge may not be accurate. Glass washer final rinse at 12.5 ppm iodine at the plate. Permit visible in bar area.
