Handsink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels There are 2 two compartment sinks in the center of the kitchen, both functioning with hot/cold running water Bleach sanitizer spray in spray bottle underneath one of the 2 compartment sinks was at 100 ppm chlorine residual Single domestic cooler/freezer unit High temperature dishwasher achieved 78 deg C on rinse cycle (minimum 71 deg C required) Cooler was at 4 deg C Freezer was at -12 deg C General sanitation good No signs of pests All foods are stored off the floor No meat products cooked on site as there is no commercial venetilation Thank you
