- Updated floor plan and sanitation plan received. Second hand sink added in extended processing area.
- Hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing, sink plugs available
- Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces. Pre-mixed sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 100 ppm chlorine.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Walk-in cooler measured at 2C. Walk-in freezer measured at -19C.
- Cardboard used to line floors by three-compartment sink are discarded daily - OK.
- Pest control in place. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
*Updated Food Safety Plan for repackaging of rice to be submitted by the end of the week.
