Very limited use of Van Kitchen since March 2021 as per operator

-the only product sold is the Hot Held Sweet Tofu dispensed and assembled on-site with Chinese Donut topping and sugar

Hot held sweet tofu >60 deg C

Handwash sinks adequately stocked and clear for use
Reviewed Manual Wash Method with operator: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach >100ppm as per test strips
