Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza bun and creamed filled buns (total 4 buns) were stored in a cooler unit that was maintaining at 14.6C. No time stamp noted on these buns nor were they approved to use time as a control.
Corrective Action(s): These buns were discarded during the inspection. Note: Correction Order was issued.
All buns that have fillings such as meat/ cream/ garlic etc must be stored in a cooler unit that is able to maintain at 4.0C or below.

- Paper towel is now available at all handwash stations.
- Back room area is now noted in a sanitary condition. No signs of pest activities noted in this area - please keep up the cleaning and sanitation to limit the number of mouse droppings so that pest activities can be monitored.
