Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C, except mentioned above.
NOTE: Hot-holding not in use at this time. Ensure the unit is operating above 60'C when in use.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Food storage practice satisfactory.

General sanitation level of the facility satisfactory, other than mentioned above.
