Observation: Permit to operate issued by Fraser Health with valid decal not posted in a conspicuous location.
Corrective Action(s): Validation decal must be placed onto the permit to operate. Followup required with Canuel Caterers. Correct by April 4, 2018.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Mouse droppings observed behind the freezer next to Aquafina sliding glass door cooler. Some droppings also observed on the lower shelves for the shelving units inside the dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Since the last inspection snap traps have been placed in the kitchen to monitor for mice activity and bait boxes in the dry storage room. No mice observed caught in traps at time of inspection. Staff aware of issue and has placed all bread, wraps, etc. in plastic totes with secure lids.

Thorough cleaning required behind the freezer in the kitchen and all shelves in theh dry storage room.

Sanitize all food contact surfaces with 200ppm quats prior to starting food preparation each day.
