-Follow-up inspection to March 04, 2020.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Staff washroom handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw foods were stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Manual vegetable slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Operator is using a wooden skewer to clean the manual slicer at the end of the night.
-Did not find any used batter from the previous night being reused.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Inspection report was reviewed with the operator - signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Copy of inspection report was emailed to the operator.
