2) Espresso coffee bin has apparent coffee oil residue noted on the top of lid
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean and sanitize ice cream scoop and store in sanitary manner.
2) Clean residue of espresso coffee bin prior to using.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Employee observed putting on used gloves and without washing hands while taking customer orders for baked goods.
2) Employee was seen using personal phone with both hands and attempted to handle a customer order by putting on gloves without washing hands
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue this practice. Wash hands prior to donning on a pair of fresh new gloves or use tong to grab food.
