An scheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection #AFUN-B4ZQXD dated September 26, 2108 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance.

Contraventions observed on FIR #AFUN-B4ZQXD have been corrected.
Current Inspection -
Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
LO reviewed all items identified as contraventions during recent routine inspection. All contraventions have been addressed suitability.
Resources were available for both classrooms and teachers were observed engaged in active supervision skills. LO discussed with staff the process for reportable incidents, rotation of toys and water tap flushing. The program will require further equipment in the days to come and staff will engage the children in a wish list procedure.
Amendment application for a new manager is being processed and LO spoke with the proposed new manager about this role.
