Observation: During time of inspection, bottle washing machine reached temperature of 69.2C
- Must be at least 71C at the plate
- Chlorine sanitizer is hooked up to this machine but no chlorine is dispensed.
Corrective Action(s): - Operator MUST not use warewashing machine until repaired
- Operator informed service tech is coming next day
- Operator must only allow service where customer uses their own bottles, NOT bottle exchange

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - During time of inspection, handwashing station in water bottle processing area (located in back) lacking paper towels
- Operator corrected during time of inspection

Observation: During time of inspection, slight mold patch observed above supply line on wall in treatment room
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that no lines or equipment is leaking in treatment room and in facility
- Actions must be taken to remove any mold growth, repairs to dry wall necessary if mold is not removed

Observation: During time of inspection, sink cabinets located at fill stations in disrepair
Corrective Action(s): - All surfaces in facility must be in good repair, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture
- Ensure the sink cabinet doors are replaced to be smooth, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture

Observation: During time of inspection, very large amount of kitchwares and decorations were stored in premises

- Rent storage facility if necessary

Comments

- Operator informed that filtration system will be serviced, operator to email Environmental Health Officer invoice
- Filling stations appear to be maintained in sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests during time of inspection


Water Treatment schematic:
Municipal water -> Cartridge filters -> Carbon filter -> Reverse Osmosis (membrane filters)-> UV treatment -> Reservoirs
- Two services offered:
1. Customers bring their own bottles and fill at 'water filling stations', new bottle caps used for each newly filled bottle
2. Customers return used bottle, exchange for new bottle, operator is responsible for sanitizing bottle and dispensing
