Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member was observed using a cellphone with gloves and did not change gloves before handling dishware. This is a continued violation.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must change their gloves/wash their hands when they become contamination to prevent potential cross contamination. Staff changed gloves at the time of inspection.

Observation: Bleach sanitizer pail was not labelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse. Since facility uses both Quats and Bleach, containers should have the specific chemical labelled on the container.

Observation: Staff on-site did not have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): In the absence of the operator, at least one staff member on-site must have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training. This is a continued violation. Staff member must show temporary proof of FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent by July 26, 2021.

-Did not observed staff mixing soap and bleach together at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any bars of hand soap at the handwash station at the time of inspection.
-Foods were stored in food grade containers at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe chicken defrosting at room temperature at the time of inspection.
