-Hot-holding units are storing foods at or above 60C

Front Area:
-Sliding door cooler: 4C
-Beverage cooler: 6-7C (no PHFs stored here)

-Handsink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-3-compartment sink set up at time of inspection. Sanitizer compartment measured at 100ppm chlorine.
-Sanitizer bucket readily available with wiping cloths stored inside. Quats measured at 200ppm.
-Foods are covered and protected from contamination.
-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Per staff, pest control company visits 1x per month.
-General sanitation is good.
-FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff on duty. Per staff, copies of certificates are maintained in the head office.

NOTE: Per staff, kitchen is a shared with the school. Cupboards designated for school use are clearly labelled. Ice machine is used for first-aid and is not used for food purposes.

NOTE: Next service date for ventilation hood noted as July 2021. Ensure vent hood is routinely serviced to reduce grease build-up.
