The following corrections have been made :
- Foods are covered in the walk-in cooler. No water pooling is observed on the floor.
- Rodent bait is removed from the premises.
- Sticky trap in the electrical room is replaced.
- Vent hood panels are cleaned.
- Plastic trays holding seasoning etc. are cleaned; no sticky residues observed.

***Items still need to be corrected:
- Cardboard boxes need to be discarded - operator stated less than 15 boxes will be kept in the store.
- Kitchen area is still cluttered - organize cookwares on the unused stove unit (right side), remove personal belongings, old invoices and stationary items from the kitchen counter.
- Remove bike from the premises.
