3) where the floor meets the walls for the entire perimeter of the downstairs kitchen

Observation: spray curtain on glass washer in bar observed to have mildew on it
Correction: Remove it immediately so it does not contaminate the clean glasses

-sauce fridge at 3.9C now, cooler was just set incorrectly after it was cleaned out
-old dishwasher and glasswasher were moved into a storage room, as they are waiting to be picked up by a supplier
-boxes that were wet and mildew covered have been discarded
**catch the condensation in the corner in a bucket etc so it does not continue to rust the cooler and freezer walls
