- Handsink is maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available
- All coolers in the front, coolers in the store and walk-in cooler measured <4C
- All freezers maintained <-18C
- Hot dog ingredients in cold holding unit measured 2C internally
- Sausages, chicken nuggets in hot holding unit measured 53C and 56C, respectively
- Hot held foods are discarded after 1, 2 hours depending on the type of food as per the store policy
- Food items stored in the sandwich cooler that were randomly monitored were within expiry dates
- Temperature log is kept on a daily basis
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- All foods are stored off of floor (on crates)
- General sanitation is satisfactory

Require corrections:
- Hot held foods (in both hot holding units) must maintain at least 60C
- Declutter the back storage area to improve pest control
- Ensure to keep liquid dispensers (coffee, slurpee) clean to prevent fly infestation
- Cleaning needed under cabinets (slurpee section)
