Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C;
-Temperature recording chart kept up to date. No issues observed from recent records.
-General organization of foods satisfactory.
-200ppm chlorine available in a spray bottle. Ensure to label the bottle as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained. Good until September 2019.
-Back storage area satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good! Keep up the good work!
