Follow up inspection to report #PLUR-CECPRW

-Walk-in cooler registered at 4 C or below - good.
-High-temperature dishwasher registered at 71 C or above on utensil surface during final rinse - good.

-Check temperatures daily and record. Include corrective actions in food safety plan for when limits are not met.

-Reviewed food safety plan and sanitation plan. Updates required. Provide updated food safety and sanitation plan by June 12, 2022.

-Continue working on cleaning pest droppings and sanitizing these areas. Maintain sanitation throughout premise, focusing cleaning efforts on behind and underneath equipment. Ensure all food is raised six inches off the floor.
-All food contact surfaces must be sanitized prior to use.

-Shelving material must be addressed by June 8 as indicated in the previous report.
