Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 2'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
*Note: walk-in freezer is leaking water. There is some ice build-up inside the cooler. Staff stated that it will be fixed within the next day.
- All sandwich and preparation coolers (top and bottom) at or below 4'C
- All under-counter freezers at or below -18'C
- All hot-holding units at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained electronically by an automatic sensor
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Raw meat stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer pails (X5) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 77'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Ice machine and ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- Staff and public washrooms observed in good sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- UV fly traps and mechanical rodent traps observed in place
- Professional pest control company is contracted
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Staff observed wearing hair nets and practicing good personal hygiene
