Routine inspection conducted: All hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 78.9C (kitchen), 72.8C (kitchen glass washer) and 71C (bar glass washer). No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place. Food contact surface sanitizer at correct DDBSA concentration as per ECOLAB sink & surface cleaner sanitizer test strips. General food handling practice is excellent. Staffs' personal hygiene (hand washing, uniform, etc.) is excellent.
