Corrective Action(s): - Make 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water). [Correction Date: Immediately]

**Use chlorine test papers to verify sanitizer concentration.
**Make fresh sanitizer solution for wiping cloths regularly throughout the day.

**This violation has been noted in previous inspection reports. In future, failure to ensure that equipment/ utensils/ food contact surfaces are properly washed and sanitized may result in further enforcement action.

Comments

- Handsinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate proper handwashing practices.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory at time of inspection. Food is protected from contamination.
- Required cleaning has been completed.

- Maximum occupancy posted at entrance.
- COVID-19 educational signs posted at entrance.
- Signs reminding patrons to maintain physical distancing are posted. Patrons lined up outside are maintaining physical distance.
- Premises is collecting contact information from patrons for the purposes of case and contact management. Ensure both first and last names and phone number/ email address are recorded.
