Kitchen: 6-compartment cooler: 3.0oC 2-door prep cooler: 1.9oC 2-door stand up freezer: -14.4oC Hot holding: 61oC - 66oC Front: 1-door stand up cooler: 3.9oC Milk cooler: 0.3oC On the Go cooler: 2.8oC 3-door beverage cooler: 12.2oC (staff is re-organizing products in cooler, only non perishable bottled products in cooler) 2-door stand up freezer: -12.3oC Temperature log is maintained Hot and cold running water available Liquid handsoap and paper towel present at all handwashing stations General sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pests at time of visit Manual dishwashing procedures in place - Quats sanitizer is filled in sanitizing sink Quats sanitizer in bucket is noted and at least 200ppm is detected Note: Milk/Creamer bags are stored in two crates in 1-door stand up cooler; however, crates are too big and cooler is not closed properly, leaving a gap with cold air coming out. Staff has since removed one crate so the cooler is closed properly. Ensure cooler door is checked and closed properly routinely.
